About the Course:

The Advanced Open Water Diver course is all about advancing your skills. You’ll practice navigation and buoyancy, try deep diving and make three specialty dives of your choosing . For every specialty dive you complete, you can earn credit toward PADI® specialty certifications.

Here are a few of the many options: Deep, Digital Underwater Photography, Dive Against Debris, Dry Suit, Enriched Air Nitrox, Fish Identification, Night, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Search & Recovery, Underwater Naturalist, Underwater Navigation, and Wreck Diver.

Certification Requirements:

• Open Water Diver/Junior Open Water Diver (or qualifying certification)
• Time:PADI E LEARNING: 6-8 hours Entire course: 2-3 days
• Age:12 years or older
• Depth:The maximum depth depends on your age, but maximum depth is up to 30 metres/100 feet
• Good physical health

Important: after two dives or more over a single day you must wait 18 hours minimum before flying!

What is Advanced Open Water Diver Course?

Take the next step with the PADI Advanced Open Water or Adventure Diver course! You would complete some Adventure Dives to become more confident, get a “deeper” understanding of scuba diving and engage in specialty dives, each one covering a specific topic/underwater activity. Each Adventure Dives is credited as the first dive of each PADI Specialty Course corresponding, for the one who want to “focus” their diver’s education

Why should you take Advanced Open Water Diver Course?

There are several reasons to get an Advanced Open Water Diver certification, including:

You can dive up to 30 meters, which is almost double the depth of a regular open water diver.

How long does it take to complete Advanced Open Water Diver Course?

The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course is divided in two components and conducted over two or three days: complete the Underwater Navigation and Deep Dive + 3 other Adventure Dives of your choice and become certified!

Knowledge Development; very “straight forward” with only some Knowledge Reviews to complete in our classroom or through online independent study before joining us (PADI e-learning or “Touch” application for tablets, ask us about details).
