“Serious fun” or “the most challenging and rewarding diving course” define quite well the PADI Rescue Diver course at Sailing Club Divers in Nha Trang. You will gain confidence underwater as a diver or buddy and learn how to manage or prevent problems that could occur. From minor issues to the “worst” situation, you will need to assess, react, make choices and be as quick and efficient as possible while staying safe. Our Instructors love to teach it and they will make sure you remember it!

To enroll into a Rescue Diver course (or Junior Rescue Diver) you must be 12 years old or older, in good physical health, certified Adventure Diver or more (or similar level from other scuba diving agencies, contact us) and also need to have a Primary and Secondary Cares training within the last 24 months (this course can be done during the Rescue Diver training!).

The Rescue Diver course is divided into three components and conducted over three days:

DAY 1: PADI eLearning

• Online learning makes it easy to fit scuba lessons into a busy schedule. Complete the knowledge development section of your course whenever, wherever it’s convenient for you.

  Work at your own pace, online or offline, using a computer or mobile device. Connect with your instructor for inwater training, or whenever you have a question.

  eLearning time commitment: 8-12 hours

• Confined Water session: at the swimming pool with your Instructor you will practice some self rescue skills and learn new techniques.
